Haley Chapman
CERTIFIED LAGREE INSTRUCTOR
I was born and raised in Orange County, California, and when I moved to LA in 2018 I started taking Lagree classes and immediately fell in love with the method! I love the challenge every move provides and the mind to muscle connection you feel in each class. My love for Lagree pushed me to get certified to teach in 2023, and I have loved every second of teaching ever since! My goal is to have my clients walking out of my class feeling strong and fired up from the music! Remember, Lagree never gets easier, you just get stronger :)

Katie Cuilty
CERTIFIED LAGREE INSTRUCTOR
Katie was born and raised in Southern California and attended Arizona State University where she earned her degree in Business Marketing. She discovered Lagree in 2021 when her mom and aunt signed up for their first class and convinced her to try it with them. She quickly fell in love with Lagree as it was the first workout she actually wanted to go to! She got officially Lagree certified a little over a year later and has been teaching ever since!

My name is Leah and I’m so excited to meet you all! As a retired D1 athlete, I struggled to find a workout that challenged my body and mind the way sports once did. When I discovered Lagree, I instantly fell in love with the holistic approach to physical and mental well-being. My goal is that you leave my class feeling more confident and capable than you came in! There is no better feeling than being able to help others feel good about themselves, it’s what truly motivates me! I cannot wait to share my passion and excitement for Lagree with everyone at PlankHaus!

Daovadee Perez
LEAD LAGREE INSTRUCTOR
Daovadee was born in Thailand and raised in Los Angeles. She’s always had a love for fitness and wellness. She has a background in Muay Thai and later became a NASM Certified Personal trainer. A few years ago she discovered the Lagree method and loved it so much, she became certified. She loved that the method really challenges both your body and mind. You will definitely be challenged in her classes in the nicest way possible while listening to all the hip hop and EDM bangers.

Teaching fitness is my passion and lagree is one of my great loves! I am very passionate about incorporating fitness and mental health! I am a big believer in moving your body is the best therapy and how showing up for yourself through movement can positively effect an individual’s mindset. Lagree allows me to focus on the mind to muscle connection and turn my brain off to anything else going on! I am so passionate about sharing the message intentional movement is medicine!

Hi there! I'm Elena, a Lagree certified coach here at PlankHaus. When I first discovered Lagree, I instantly fell in love with the method. My love for lagree led me to becoming certified so I could share this experience with others. I am extremely passionate in helping clients get stronger, not only physically but mentally as well. It is so rewarding to me to see my clients push themselves past their limits and leave class feeling empowered, inspired, and accomplished. As a coach, I bring high energy and love a good heavy lower body push--so get ready!!

Amanda Trattner

Hi, my name is Amanda! I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and I’ve been teaching Lagree for the past three years. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I’m also certified in Barre and personal training—elements I love to incorporate into my classes for a well-rounded, dynamic workout. Currently, I’m pursuing my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at USC, where I focus on a holistic approach to movement and wellness. I bring that same mind-body connection into my classes, helping you build strength, endurance, and awareness with every slow, controlled movement. My goal is to help you feel your best—physically and mentally—at every stage of your wellness journey. Can’t wait to meet you in class!
